| Train 2163(26) with power car 2023 leading crosses the Gunpowder River bridge on number 3 track en-route to Baltimore. The boat has suffered engine failure (note engine hatch lifted up) and is being pulled into shore by the swimmer in the water. Another boat will soon be along to give them a tow in. |
